Face coverings optional at the World Trade Center. The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey encourages all travelers utilizing the agency’s facilities across the region to make themselves aware of the health and safety protocols established by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the New York State Department of Health, and the New Jersey Department of Health with regards to the coronavirus. Should you have questions or concerns about the coronavirus, please consult the following:

The Oculus street level access is limited overnight from 1:00 am to 5:00 am to allow for maintenance and the safety and security of customers due to reduced traffic volumes. For street level access to the WTC PATH station or to the NYCT MTA subway, please use the Vesey Street or Fulton Street entrance via the North Concourse in the 2 World Trade Center Transit Lobby. All other street level entrances are closed.
 

For elevator street level access, please use Elevator 23 in the 2 World Trade Center Transit Lobby. If you have any issues accessing elevators, please ask a nearby security agent for assistance.

Public restrooms are open at the following locations in the Oculus. 

Open 8:00 am to 8:00 pm, Monday to Sunday:

  • 2 WTC North Concourse, Main Level, near the Westfield Property Management Offices
Open 10:00 am to 8:00 pm, Monday to Saturday and 11:00 am to 7:00 pm, Sunday:
  • 2 WTC North Concourse, Balcony Level, near the elevators*
  • 3 WTC South Concourse, Main Level, next to the stairs* 
  • 3 WTC South Concourse, Balcony Level, next to the stairs*
  • 4 WTC, Level 2 between Banana Republic and H&M
*Includes family restroom 
 
Open 7:00 am to 7:00 pm, Monday to Friday
  • PATH Fare Zone 

Open 7:00 am to 4:00 pm, Saturday and Sunday

  • PATH Fare Zone 
 

The WTC PATH Station is open. Visit PATH for the latest schedules and updates.

MTA NYC subway service is running 24/7.

Westfield Shops and Dining at the Oculus are open daily. 


Monday - Friday: 10:00 am to 8:00 pm

Saturday: 10:00 am to 7:00 pm

Sunday: 11:00 am to 6:00 pm

The 9/11 Memorial & Museum is open.
